Help Needed

Hello everyone,

When ever I feel anxious I get weird sensations and pains up the inside of my left arm and into the left side of my chest and where my heart is just to the left middle of my chest.

I feel these pains even when I am totally happy doing normal every day things.

Is this something to do with my heart???

Chest pains and pains down the arm are common anxiety symptoms, but you should get yourself checked over by a Doctor to rule anything else out and hopefully put your mind at rest. Take care.
