at the most you may be slightly bruised inside.
if you had internal bleeding, you would have symptoms such as shock, fainting, vomiting blood......you would be ill basically!
unless you were really rough and suffered a lot of pain i think you will be fine!

Don't worry about it. I had something similar. Years ago, when I was still very young and had started "doing things" myself. It was prior to any actual, y'know, boyfriends, but I had a very similar experience with a vibrating toy. You probably just jabbed yourself a bit hard and got some bruising.
