Totally new to all of this!

Hi, I'm completely new to this site, but it's nice to know there's other people out there who feel the same as I do, makes me feel much more normal!
I've had problems with anxiety and panic attacks for years, but have only just been diagnosed a few months ago with a panic disorder.

I've sort of read around for a while, but seeing how everyone supports eachother here looks great :)

Welcome to nmp...brilliant forum and like you say people who know exactly how you are feeling cos we all feel or have felt the same way. I came across it by accident looking for info on the meds I am taking, so glad I did it has really helped me get over a really bad time. Thankfully there is always someone who will reply to you and it really helps.
