Just had a phone call,one of my friends committed suicide last night.I was only talking to her on Tuesday,she was her usual bubbly self.God I feel ill

:bighug1:Oh my !..Im so very sorry Ronny :bighug1:It has obviously been a great shock ..Is so very sad :weep: Please dont keep ruminating ,it will not help you .Your friend was obviously very unhappy and depressd .No one would have suspected she would do something like this ,if she didnt tell someone .Sometimes these illnesses just get too much to bear .The effort it takes each day to appear normal and chirpy becomes too much sometimes ,No one resorts to such measures unless they are deeply unwell .Take care of you for now hun ..am here for you if you need to talk .Big hugs Sue xx:bighug1::bighug1:
