The fact that you've had a good couple of days is a really good sign!!!

Recovery really is an up and down process and the fact that you got through the last lots of anxieties is encouragement that you will get through this too - I know it doesn't feel like it at the time! Try and use some postive affirmations and tell yourself that you are fine, you have made it through this before and there is nothing to be scared of.

I hope you feel better soon and have another coupld of good days :)

Marcia,

*but of course the old anxiety rears its head more after i seem to be doing ok*

There is no - of course - about it. This you can change.

Embrace the progress you have been having and keep looking forwards.

Either do some exercise/ breathing exercises when you feel the breathlessness starting or simply ignore it and move on and it will regulate itself.
