Hi

I have a really bad migraine and i'm freaking out something is seriously wrong. I wanna take two ibuprofen which might ease it slightly so i can sleep but i took 2 kalms at around 10pm and i know this might sound stupid but is it ok to take headache tablets?

No it's not tumor. Headacke is also one of the sideeffects of anxiety. Your mind was spinning in thoughts and now u got a headacke. As soon as u start relaxing all the proceses in ur body will be normalising. I had a slight headacke yesterday myself but I am sure it's of 1,5 week of anxiety. Take care
