DOES ANYONE FEEL CONSTANTLY ON EDGE. LIKE IF YOU LET GO YOU WOULD EXPLODE. SO YOU HOLD ON TO YOUR EMOTIONS SO TIGHTLY THEY BUILD UP. AND WHEN YOU EXPLODE YOU FEAR A HEART ATTACK BECAUSE YOU HAVE SHOUTED SO MUCH. SO YOU WORRY MORE, AND THE PAIN GETS WORSE AND THE WORRY GETS WORSE.

Yes I do some times, but now I give myself a good talking to, and do something to take my mind off things I say 'OK if you are going to build up to a panic get on with it and lets get it over with, do your worst.
Nine out of ten times it goes away.
