as the day goes on i seem to get off balance and disorientated.
could this be exhaustion?

i have bin taking cit for 15 days

i went out at around 12 and felt secure and in my body but just walked round to the shop at 6.30 and felt really off balance and bad.......

Hi, probably side effects, especially since you've only just started taking the cit. If you aren't eating regularly and you're not sleeping properly these will also contribute.

Hi I agree, sounds like side effects, you havent been taking citalopram very long so sounds pretty normal to me. Should settle as your body gets used to the meds.

I had a day out in Deal once and got that spaced out feeling.
I just blamed the pongy sea air and lack of decent chip shops
and that dodgy cup of tea in the little gift shop on the corner.
I also felt like I'd lost a week.

also it feels like there's pressure on my head.......like im behind a little kind of bubble if that makes any sense.
