hello, i have been following this site for the last 5 or 6 months and finally plucked up courage to join -:unsure:
i have had altogether a year or so off work, in 2 lots of sickness and now been made redundant.
you really arent going to have my story just now .a quick idea though?
2 abusive marriages 2 nd went on for 20 years. once i got out,i was devastated by 1st panic attacks i really did think i was mad? anxiety, depression, way low self-esteem, claustrophobia etc
i am now taking citalopram [5 months], have had councilling,
in cbt now and due to recieve emdr sometime in summer- still a bit scared of that.
i know i have to do something to make a difference so hoping this will help. Thankyou.
