im new to this so please bear with me. Been agrophobic for 30 year athough manage to get to local shops etc , but now ive broken a filling and need a dentist Panic so bad not slept in tears all the time . just found this site who hopefully understand .

Hi and welcome, I so feel for you. I am a 23 year sufferer of agoraphobia and have severe dental phobia too. Do you have a dentist even ? If you do, is it one who is sympathetic to your anxiety ? I have been though dentist after dentist trying to find one who is kind and patient. I finally had one and he went and retired.
I always have to have someone with me - well I have to have someone with me full stop to even get out - but especially to go in the dentist and I cannot possibly manage without rescue remedy.
