Am new-panic attacks

Hi, I am a student in the first year of University. I started experiencing panic attacks at the age of 16. It was horrible. Now I have started taking citalopram since December and it has helped a bit but I have had quite a lot of negative side effects too. I also go to cognitive theory but that will soon be ending. She goes through how to deal with them, such as distractions and square breathing. I hope this site will help me too :)
