This is what ive had, and still have but am 90% overcome. Anyone who suffers with panic attacks and horrible weird physical symptoms then this will help you alot. Just take a read and hopefully it will match up witha lot of symptoms and help u all understand,and also do some 'self-help' using the breathing technique it tells u at the end.
