Friends with issues...

So, this is pretty awkward for me, but I have a friend who has heard that I have a panic disorder and issues with anxiety, and she is using that as an excuse, as in claiming she has the same problems.
Anyone else had similar experiences?
And should I be som upset that someone else feels that they can use my problems as an example of ways to get out of things??

She does have anxiety, but this is caused by recreational drug use, and as I explained to her I'd give anything to know how I could stop feeling like this, as she does.

I think that makes her look very insecure with herself and just pathetic. Either thought I do not have a friend like that, I would personally tell her how you feel as if this has been going on for a while. That is not fair and if she cannot accept your feelings than she is a waste of your time.
