Ladies only please

I always have the same problem when it's my time of the month, and the same is happening again now

I'm on my period and it's really dry and sore down there, the pain feels worse than usual.

I think I may need some cream for it but i'm not actually sure what's wrong so i don't know what i need to buy?

Any ideas?

is it itchy do you think it could be thrush or could it be your towels or tampons as if i use certain ones i get sore and itchy but when i go back to my usual ones im fine have you tried changing the brand you use i can only use always:)

Hiya, thank you for replying. it's not itchy, just really dry and sore.
I've tried different brands of towels (I don't do tampons) but it still happens.

I was almost in tears a few days ago because it got so painful.

I did tell a doctor about it last year and she told me what i should do, but I can't remember her advice.
