I've lost quite a bit of weight I must admit, I'm very low at the minute, and I assume it has something to do with that. I'm quite weak a lot of the time, and pretty much each time I stand up, I get dizzy, even slowly. I've always had low pressure, but not this frequently. Wondering if there are any specific vitamins/supplements or foods that'll help that?

I do take iron... well, I did, I haven't taken it recently - I'll try start that up soon again.

The more sedate you are, maybe the worse it is. Could you start doing light exercise?

I felt just like you when I was severely anaemic, when did you last take your iron tablets ?
