What do you lot do to try and stop panicking when you're alone at home?
We all know when it's starting to happen, so what techniques do you have to stop it in it's tracks?

I can't seem to stop mine at the moment when it takes hold!
I can prevent it from initially starting by constantly being around friends, keeping myself busy, and being drunk. But unfortionately I can't do these things 24/7! There's always a point where I'm going to be at home alone and when the panic kicks in I don't know what to do!!

Hi 183. I left you a reply on your other thread and suggested that counselling may really help you. I do think that there is a lot inside that comes out as anxiety. I have seen people completely cured (honest) completely when they get in touch with, and express pent up feelings.
