I joined today. Desperately seeking support to come off of Citalopram after 3 years. I've gone cold turkey! I know! It's horrendous! Never mind, I've started it now. Work are being great and given me all the time I need. I just don't want to have a "Chemically Assisted Personality" anymore. I want to be chemical free, I know I can do it. Just these withdrawals are HELL¬!!!!!!!
