shaky!!!!!

help does anyone ever feel like their bodyy full of adrenaline shaky coz i feel really anxious about it its making me feel panicky and low felt like it for 2 days now and scared

Hi Julia, yes I get this feeling, have it at the moment and yes it can last for days! Are you on any meds? I've been on Citalopram for just over 5 months now and I definitely feel better but still get days like this where I feel shaky, lightheaded and just not right. What do you suffer from. I have anxiety/panic attacks and they are blooming awful.

There will be lots of people on this site that suffer with the "shakes" so see what they have to say. There's nothing much I do about it, just wait for it to pass and as I've had it on numerous occasions I try not to worry too much about it, but sometimes that is easier said than done:-)
