Have I got a raised temperature or could it be me worrying over nothing again!!

Hi! I've been worrying about my temperature. My temperature is usually 37.3 - 37.5 and i'm a little worried because shouldn't your temperature be around 36.9? I'm worried i'm running a low grade fever all the time and i'm missing some sort of illness!

I am currently on steroids for a medical condition, could that be the reason for the slightly raised temp, or could that temperature be just 'normal' for me?

Any information would be great, I would love some reasurrance as I am constantly worrying about this at the moment!!

Thanks for replying! I wish my temperature was 36.5 as it would stop me worrying so much! I have only had a temperature of 36.9 on a couple of occations! Even first thing in the morning its usually 37.3.

I know I must stop taking my temperature all the time, its very hard at the moment as I feel so ill all the time!! Its a vicious circle isn't it!!
