Panic attacks wearing me down.

Have had panic attacks return after five years this year i have got more Agraphobia and more feeling i am ill. I worry about my health as on my own kids and i am too ill to care for them. Its not Like me i usually cope. It may all be in head but it feels so physical. I feel so alone.

Welcome on board. You'll find you're far from alone, it may feel it but read other messages on the forum and you'll find oodles of friends and more than enough advice. The best advice is to read and write what ever you feel, there's threads for anxiety, ranting, moans, complaints and jokes amongst other things. Certainly brightens up my day every day.

How many kids have you got? I've two teenager daughter's and am looking for two exceedingly good looking and rich young gentlemen for their prospective financial support asap. :)
