dizzy of balance

hi guys
can anyone tell me if they get this feeling like they will faint or go dizzy just for a second then it goes i get this through the day

yup, just got back in from a walk...happened a few times..I get a weird sensation wash over me then I sort of almost feel myself beginning to faint then snap right out of it..alll over in split second seemingly!.very strange and disturbing...Happens a lot..Had MRI..which was normal..so therefore told to ignore it...I also get head pressure and a subtle sense that my surroundings are 'moving' somewhat..very hard to describe to anyone..When I try ppl think im off my box!

Hi, Yes, I know what you mean, its very scary and puts you off going out at all just in case something happens when out.
