Valerian with Zoloft?

Can I have valerian tea whilst taking Zoloft/Sertraline?

Its ok to have Valerian ,but try having half the usual ammount to start with as this will make you even drowsier taken alongside Zoloft ... Sue x

That's a good idea Sue. Maybe I should take some at night and see if it'll help me sleep ;)

Before I began taking sertraline, I used to take valerian in pill form and found it a great relaxant. I also recommend camomile tea for relaxing in a pleasant way - it is great for calming a nervy stomach too!
