Mine is a combination of this that have happend to me.
Things that you block out and then suface again.

I chose "combination " as there s definitely childhood, genetics, and probably a bit of trauma too.

I put childhood because it started when I was 14 (although I'm 16 now).

Mine started as a result of an illness. Then one thing kind of led to another.

Mine was through bad depression & my husband being out of work (he now has a job). It got me down badly.
