Please help(GAD)

Hello everybody

I suffer with GAD but it is more health anxiety related, my doctor has prescribe me Citalopram, The problem I have is that my anxiety started because of poor sleem and these tablets make me sleep less...does anybody know about a good anxiety tablets that wont effect your sleep or might assist it.

How long OP have you been taking Citalopram, it can take a couple of weeks for your sleep patten to get back to normal, if you are still not sleeping after a couple of weeks tell your doc and see when else they can give you,
