Im going to italy in a few weeks time, the flight will be around 2 and a half hours, is it worth getting those DVT compression stockings? Ive been thinking about the flight and have become terrified of the thought of a clot! Do they do much good? Am I at much risk on a flight of this length? Ive heard that there are different compression levels i.e. low, moderate, medium etc. Im 26 and a size 6 but does it go on other factors? Not sure where you can buy them, boots perhaps?

Is there anything else I can do? Only ever flown once when I was 14, and startin to wish wasnt going on hol lol, or had worked out how to get there by train!
