I posted the other day about strange pain on my side/back/lung area .... I still have that on and off but today I have started getting chest pains as well and it's freaking me out. It was in the left and I feel tired and panicky about it. I tried to tell myself it was indigestion, I was doing some burps at work but I didnt have any gaviscon with me and this after noon now at home its still there but I KNOW I am getting panicky about it, but I also am worried .... what if this time it is real ...... I'm so scared :( I dont know what the pain in side/back is and now with this pain in my chest as well :(
