Another newbie :)

Hi,

I've been a long time lurker and thought would be best to sign up and say hi.
I have had panic attacks for nearly 4 years now and only recently found out that I wasn't going mad thanks to changing to a new doctor. Previous doctor told me to pull myself together and stop worrying about nothing.

Just started taking Citalopram about 2 weeks ago. Was well warned of possible side affects and have spent the pass week having some amazing panic attacks which has seemed to settle down in the past day or so.

Hello anotherday...NMP has been such a help to me and I'm sure it will be to you.

I'm on citalopram too. The initial few weeks were difficult but well worth the "struggle."
