just drank gone off ribena and now panicing

sorry it sounds stupid but one of my kids left out a bottle of mixed up ribena today and I drank half of it, realised it tasted wierd then found out they had had it in their bag since before the holiday! Now I am seriously panicing I am going to throw up or get diarrhea
Please help

There is nothing in Ribena to go off, the water may taste a bit stale that is all, it can't make you ill, you will be fine,Peter

I really don't think that's anything to worry about, I agree that it would just taste stale, even a glass of water you take to bed with you tastes stale the next morning, that's all it would be.

i did this recently with apple juice that wasn't exactly the freshest it could have been...I was hungover so I guzzled a litre in about 10mins...


the results were nothing short of apalling.
