loss of bladder control

I have suffered with panic attacks followed by loss of bladder control since I was a child and I'm now in my forties. I've had various treatments over the years but still live in constant fear and overarousal. I'm due to have CBT in a couple of weeks, but I wondered if there was anyone out there with the same problem.
