I'm not having a very good night.. since I got home from work i've felt completely out of it.. shaking for no reason, palms sweating my jaw has been bothering me as well I work in a busy call center and I did a lot of talking today I know somewhere inside of me that is the reason it hurts but I keep finding myself focusing on the old "What is wrong with me now" on top of it silly me had three Pepsi's to try and stay motivated that's enough caffine and sugar to send anyone over the edge.. I'm trying so hard to stay distracted but I'm creeping up slowly on an attack.. everything is getting distorted and odd..
Just when i feel like i could conquer the world I slip just a little and feel scared all over again.

This is just how you are feeling today - you will have better days and more difficult days.

Really do avoid the stimulants. Take in plenty of your own drinks and snacks that will satisfy you and do you good.
