Weird head pains

Ok so ive had the usual head pains associated with anxiety such as headaches, pins n needles, muscle tightness etc and although uncomfortable I learn to try and live with it but today ive had really weird pains like someone poking me in the head, it started on the left side of my head near the temple and now its spread to the other side as well.

Also occasionally when it happens i get a kind of falling feeling for a few seconds in my head I know I shouldnt but i cant help but panic when it happens, anyone else experianced anything similar?
