Hurt chest area

I accidently Lent forward and hit the centre of my chest off my computer table and the rib cage and it's now sore.

Will it be injured? i started googling and found sports injuries will it be serious or can I just ignore it and take it as a small knock that might bruise? :lac:Got a horrible taste at the back of my mouth like I'll be sick..

Will I be ok??

Will probably just be a bit tender for a few days if you knocked it hard enough.
