Hi hunny and welcome to the site. You have come to the right place to get help as lots here have gone through the exact same thing as you. I have suffered on and off for many years and believe me it does get better, As you said you feel really bad for days after the panic attack I do to it takes so much out of you, you are very weak and left with these horrible feelings. Many times I didn’t believe none that it was just anxiety/ panic I really thought I had a real bad illness. Best is try to carry on life the best way you can, don’t avoid doing what you are scared off and though at this time it seems so hard you must not let these feeling worry you. We also have a chat room on this site so if you ever need a chat or just go in and look you are very welcome. Hope you feel better soon. Vernon

hi hunny. the others are right, and i guarantee you the support you didnt get from your doc you will get from all of us who have been / are going through similar fears and pains.

some people have their pains in their head whilst others in their chest or theyre stomkch. everyone is so different , yet so the same - in pain and afraid. you are not alone
