cant sleep going mad

i think i finally lost it

whenever i see a ambulance and a ad for the big C
i keep thinking its a sign that something wrong witch is crazy i know
but now i get this when i sleep

i been worry about spot today whats been there since the start of the year doctor look at it and said its fine just a pimple/spot

but i notice i got mucsle pain in my arm, this could be due to the fact i pull the washer and cooker out. can i accept it? no
i got into my thick head thats it the big c
even thought i had a blood test done march, witch i been told if the spot was something deadly it would have show up in the blood test

don't give up. you should wake up every day and be greatful. your body is made up of millions and millions of cells, nobody feels 100% all of the time.
