Hi,
Yes yes and yes! It is absolutley awful, took me ages to accept it was anxiety. Meditation and relaxation really helps it go away. I think we all have our own special spots where we carry tension and this must be ours! Mine is very achey and im very very aware of it, im aware of how i turn my neck, cos i fear it would snap or something! lol But it wont! I just took a lavender oil bath, very relaxin!! maybe try just laying on the bed and letting go of all that tension, and some light exesices, this helps aswell.

hi hunny i was just saying to my sister the exact same symptoms your getting.i hav been getting the last while too.it really is caused by tension.if you think how uptight our bodies are its no wonder it reacts in this way.i wish i could tell myself wat i tell others but its always the way u can be logical about everyone else but never yourself.try moving your head from side to side then hold for a few secs.take care marcia

Your anxiety is the human representation of the pictures that you paint using your many vivid colours of revolving and reoccurring thoughts.

Definately tension, I get this too and it is awful, but it is also nothing to be afraid of! Have you thought about a seeing a physio or massage therapist? Could be a big help. I have a long bath when the tension gets to much to bear and that helps relieve the sensation, also some kind of heat source pressed to the affected areas can help!

Good luck and best wishes.
