Stress/Tension Headache

I think thats what Im suffering from.

It moves about and has done for a week. All day every day.

How long can these things last??

Sometimes feels quite harsh.

Hi peter I get them sometimes, moves to the back of my head then the sides then maybe the front! Crappy things! Especially bad around the temples, hope they clear up for you, mine are not as bad now as a couple of weeks ago,

They can last a long time I'm afraid. Mine started July 09 :(

Been seeing a chiro who has helped but it got bad again last week. Going to see a pain specialist me thinks.

Mine are tiredness, tense starts at the sides and by the end of the night can be the top and it can feel squeezed and pressured. It started with depersonalization at the start of the week then both..some nights it's just tiredness and tense head..is this normal with anxiety?

How long can this symptom last?
