please help - cant stop shaking

Please help, ive just woken up and i cant stop shaking, my arms , hands and legs especially.Terrified ive developed parkinsons , im 46, can you get it that quickly, when i went to sleep i was ok.
please help, im so scared..

you are just panicking, no of course you won't have parkinsons. get warm, get a milky drink. breathe.... you will be ok!!! take care

dont be scared, if you were seriously seriously ill right now you wouldnt be able to type at a computer. someone else on here recommended i listen to this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nDIpTpSSz5E it's great.... relax, put some tele on, you will be just fine

You do not have Parkinson's - I am a nurse, and you do not get that that quickly.
I love the relaxation music. Those are great.
