thanks i know it is so stupid but i just worry, even though it was food i have eaten fine before i keep getting scared, i don't know what will help me to overcome the fear as there seems to be no logic...even if i have eaten it before and been fine i'm still as scared the next time? this only seems to be with fruit and veg because i have been diagnosed as with oral allergy syndrome from a birch pollen allergy so am allergic to raw fruit and veg, only mildly but it seems to have got out of control in my head :'(

I once had anaphallyxis. Later on was diagnosed with high histamine aka, histadellia. Am now free of all allergies, anxiety and depression.
