Hi,

I found this site a short time ago while browsing in the wee hours after a panic attack.

I have had panic attacks on and off for ten years or so. Recently I've been plagued more in the evenings with the attacks happening after I've actually gone to sleep and then keeping me up for the rest of the night.

I've already found the board very helpful, having found a thread on this subject and so now that I've managed to convince myself (yet again) that I'm not going to drop dead of a heart attack before dawn I'll see if I can get back to bed.

I'll be sure to drop in again in the future though. Its nice to know that a place like this exists. Thanks.

Your anxiety is the human representation of the pictures that you paint using your many vivid colours of revolving and reoccurring thoughts.

Hi Mart and welcome, so glad the site has been of good use already, I can assure you, you are not going to drop dead with it or there would be one big pile of bodies, I know what you mean, I often thought/think I will die from it.

Hello again,

Thanks and best wishes to you all. As someone mentioned, it sometimes helps to know that you're not on your own. Oh, and thanks for the extra topic links.
