SEDATIVES DON'T CURE DISEASES!
I'll tell you why this thought helps me. I notice that whenever I take Lorazepam, suddenly all the fears and sensations of my body and the thoughts of having a horrible heart condition fade away. Right when the medication wears off, all of the fears suddenly come rushing back. Well guess what. Lorazepam is NOT a cure for heart disease! I guess everyone is right... It really is ALL in my head.
Wow I know this sounds lame but right now I suddenly feel about... well maybe 40% better... but at least it's something haha. I have a feeling I'll be back to this forum in a few days complaining of disease... if I do just let me know I posted this and give me a swift kick in the nuts!
