i feel silly actually the symtom is hard to explain but do people ger like a feeling there out of breath and gasping for breath and obviously wen you think about it it does get worse.it started today iknow im fine but it still gets me thinking am i really gasping for breath i have no other symptoms

so its not just me thankyou i find also im blinking weeing loads lol i know for the past week or two ive been thinking i cant breath so obviously thats y i have it today i have also packed up smoking for 5 days also do feel alot better and i dont drink coffee no more for weeks i havent just tea but i went to my mates today and had 2 cups of coffee as she had no tea wish i never bothered now lol

Go easy on the tea as tea has more caffine than coffee, I never believed it either. You will probably find that you may have more mucous or nasal dripping down throat as your lungs clear from you having given up smoking.

i never knew that thought it was always coffee with high caffiene thats shocked me
