Has anyone else experienced this... its making me panic and feel really sick. i hate it...

what could it be related to.... as i said in my other post i have fluid behind my ear drum... etc


its really effecting me as i feel like im quite dizzy etc


also alot of pressure behind my nose and alittle bit on top of it near the eyes.

I have the pressure in my nose and above my eyes too, think it's all connected, try the menthol crystals to see if it helps any. It does make you feel panicky it's done the same to me.

i did get some sudafed for allergys and sinus... and some menthol.. but it doesnt help that much...

I've never tried sudafed, but try the steam inhalation for a while to see if it help, conjestion can take a while to clear.
