I have been on and off SSRIs for around 12 years due to anxiety/panic. Over the last 5 years I have noticed I have become fidgety and developed lost of herky movements. They affect my fingers, arms, neck, toes, legs and eyes and they are both uncomfortable and upsetting. My doctor said it might be tardive dyskenisia but the Psych said it wasnt that. I think it may be akathisia however due to the SSRI and am thinking of trying to wean myself and use Propranolol as that is supposed ti help. has anyone else experience these sorts of issues from SSRI'S ( manily parxetone and more latterly citalopram).

Thanks

Josh
