Day 14. I have been findin I feel great in the afternoon as if on no meds at all. although I am. 20mg cit and diazeppam -2mg 1 in morning and 2 at night. .Ihave now started to wake up ealier with the chatterbox going at high speed- it drives me to despair. also got the upset tummy back again.
does anyone else experience this please . Am getting a bit edgey now now I so want this to work as it is my third change of meds.

Hi Jean

Your anxiety levels are elevated, which IS normal for 14 days in. After 3 weeks the increased anxiety, which is a side effect of starting Citalopram, will be all but gone. The rest of the side effects should die down as well. Trust me, I developed agoraphobia in the first week, which was a first ever for me.
