Have been feeling really sick since Monday afternoon and have had a really painful stomach, accompanied by er diarroea (sorry, too much info I know!!). I thought it was just maybe a one off thing on Monday afternoon but its still as bad today! I have an appointment to see the doc today at 4.00pm, but its a registar I will be seeing, is this a qualified doctor??
Am worried what it could be thats wrong with me, I didnt eat anything out of the ordinary at the weekend, just a pizza on saturday and sunday lunch on sunday all the things I ate at least 3 other people did, and theres nothing wrong with them so cant be food poisoning. Also, dont think its anxiety or stress, as I wasnt overly worried or panicing about anything before the symptoms started on Monday afternoon. Also, dont think could be stomach flu, as altho have constant stomach pains havent actually felt sick snough to be sick and altho have diarroea its not constant all day, I just have the pains. Only possible thing I can think of is I have had a few nights out over last week where have drunk quite alot, and this sometimes make my stomach bad the next day, but its never lasted for more than the day after before.
I recently posted on here worried about the possibility of being something like 4 or 5months pregnant and not knowing about it (i.e. no weight gain, have still had periods altho they have been light, a pregnancy test was negative 3 weeks ago) but now Im starting to panic that feeling sick and diarroea is a sign of pregnancy isnt it, due to hormone changes or something?? (really wouldnt want to be pregnant).
The other thing im worried it could be is liver failure! Ive read this can cause nausea and diarroea, and as I said I have been having quite alot to drink recently (though not all the time, not an alcholic lol, just probs have been drinking a bit too excess of late). Though im thinking would have other symptoms or have had warning signs by now right?
Plus, am really worried that this wont be gone by next week, and I go on holiday next Thursday! Also, hate going to docs, so am terrified! The registrar is a female asian doc and know this will sound mad but worried if I mention the pregnancy fears that she will judge me for er getting up to stuff before marriage (im not religious so not my views lol, but am worried because of her religion she might??)
