waking up with heachache all the time.

i am constantly waking up with a headache..


it appears to be pressure behind my left eye and also my forhead... always on oneside.. very strange..


also other eyelid is slightly swollen in the morning and gets worse are night..


i read about headache clusters and it says it can swell your eye etc..

does anyone else have this?

im also having ear and sinus problems....

do you suffer with hayfever? sometimes this causes you to wake up with a headache and swollen eyelid, could explain the ear and sinus problem?

I had a problem with morning headaches and it was caused from grinding my teeth through stress, it went on its own in the end.

I get it too it's an allergy and sinus thing. Don't worry about it

Sounds like you could be grinding your teeth in the night. You can get a dental mouthguard made to help with it.
