For some reason I have terrible heartburn this afternoon.
I think it was the horrid filter coffee that also gave me a headache.

Anyway - I could use something to give me a bit of relief ?
Read the cit packet and nothing appears safe - not even fresh air LOL

Gavilast I hear mentioned?
Anyone actually take it and survived ?
Ideas pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeez

Gaviscon is fine Mart ive taken it ,I think Gavilast is the same ..I buy Tescos own brand of peppermint indigestion tabs ,they are excellent and I find they are better than the all the others you get .Sue x

By the way am believing in myself (to a certain extent) and right this moment there is defo something inside me.

So - dashing straight to Tesco megastore next door any sec - all based on your recommendation!
So if I get raging wind in the office later I can always blame you LOL!

And if I still have it when I pick up Mrs B from work, we will all hear about it, as the car is very confined!
In fact might even warn her to get the bus home. Might be wise.
Cos at home we can open the windows.Or blame the dog.
Only we haven't got one!

Gavilast good for heartburn but most supermarkets sell cheaper versions of same tabs

But don't tell Jo .....

Well the Tesco's ones helped a reasonable amount,
but gave in and had a zantac 75 soluble tonight and that really helped a lot.

So not too bad now thanks.
Just had a nice hot bath, made some bubbles in various ways LOL
and off for a nice sleep.

Will let u know in the morning.
