Breast Ultrasound!!!!!

Hi im 19 and female, for the past 5 months i have had non-cyclical pain in on breast and my Dr has told me to go have an ultrasound, should i be worried? Im freaking out!

I was 27 and they found a small lump in my breast. Because of my age I had an ultrasound done as younger breast tissue is much more dense and mammograms aren't as effective.
The procedure is simple and painless so no worries there. In terms of the pain, I am sure that the doctor wants to make sure. I think the odd pain in breast tissue can be quite normal and he is probably just trying to be extra cautious.
I just found this quote: "Usually, non-cyclical breast pain does not indicate breast cancer, though women should discuss the condition with their physicians." So I am sure that he is just being careful.
