why do i feel like this

i have packd up smoking a week ago now for some reason keep thinking im breathless so everytime i go up stairs ihave to stop and gulp some air feels like im always struggling to breath i have no racy heart with this and i dont get pains either but im very very worried

OP, could it be that now you have given up the weed your lungs are now taking in more air, hence you are over breathing, this can make you feel breathless until you get used to it. Well done by the way with the kicking the habit,Peter

iwas smoking 30 or more cigs a day its just cause im worried its seems to be happening even more i went to drs and she listened to my heart and done my pulse that was fine she said i looked good so obviously im making myself worse aint i
