eyes

this is started befor my 1st p/a my eyes feelt funny, and my head specally when i bent down and got back up agin its also has done it one from just sitting on the sofa, sometimes my sight would go compleatly but then come back in a few secons but it feelt like minets or my head and eyes feel like there going to go, just wonded if anyone else has exprenced this? and may be why this happens
i get so worried about haveing to bend down and get back up agin incase it happens

hi amanda i too get this i always feel as my eysight is going to go .i think we focus on it and it becomes worse.the head thing is common wen u move about up and down as our muscles ar so tense in our neck and head.it is all anxiety horrid as it is.hope this helps take care marcia
